Shipping Options and Rates

We are pleased to offer fast and reliable shipping services for all orders placed on our website. We currently offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days.
Shipping rates will vary depending on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package. The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at the checkout before you complete your purchase.

Please note that all estimated delivery times are based on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our team will work diligently to process and pack your items for shipment. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before it is shipped. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Tracking Your Order

To track your order, simply click on the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you can visit our website and enter your order number and email address in the designated tracking section on the Order Tracking page.

Delivery Time

The delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination of your package. Please refer to the estimated delivery times mentioned above under “Shipping Options and Rates.”

Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or logistical disruptions, may occasionally cause delays beyond our control. In such cases, we will work closely with our shipping partners to resolve any issues and ensure that your order is delivered to you as soon as possible.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within some specific. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical address for the delivery of your order during checkout.

International Shipping

For international shipments, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may be applicable depending on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be assessed by the customs office upon delivery. Please note that customs procedures may cause delays in delivery time.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that once an order has been shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping address or cancel the order.

Damaged or Lost Packages

In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will initiate a thorough investigation with the shipping carrier and take appropriate measures to resolve the issue. Please retain all packaging materials and provide any necessary documentation to facilitate the claims process.
